How it works
- Upload: a phone photo, a floor plan (PDF/DXF) or just a brief.
- Analyse: dimensions, needs, style direction, risks and a budget frame.
- Design: concept, moodboard and 2D/3D plans of the key rooms.
- Plan: CAD/BIM, quantities, materials and a DIN-276-oriented cost frame.
- Build: coordination and quality control until handover.

- Cost orientation (construction, net): simple refresh 400–700 €/m², upscale remodel 900–1,500 €/m², full high-end fit-out 1,500–2,800 €/m².
- German paperwork discipline included: written change orders, measurable quantities (VOB-style), documented approvals.
- Communication in English, German or Turkish — your choice, per project.

Yes. The process is digital-first: upload, analysis and design run remotely; on-site measurement and execution are coordinated in Germany.
Do you work with my own contractors?
Yes — planning-only packages are available; we hand over build-ready documents and stay available for technical questions.
